Don't we all need more love? This is a gritty, groovy take on the Hal David / Burt Bacharach classic, popularized by Jackie DeShannon and Dionne Warwick. I thought it would benefit from a funky groove instead of the original 3/4 time. That's long-time Crawdad Crash collaborator Tim Gillespie on trumpet, along with our hometown friend Terri Lynn Queen on vocals with me. (My first "duet"!). Walt Austin (also on "Victoria's Secret") provided all the incredible keyboards to give it that "almost yacht rock" vibe.
