I remember seeing Buckofive for the first time, which inspired the Crawdad Crash song "The Ballad Of Buck-0-Five" on Dawn Of The Crawdad Era, Part 2. When I heard "Country Star" at that show, I thought, "This is a hit!" If the universe were just and fair, then it would have been. Oh, well. Anyway, I couldn't get it out of my head, and I remember Steve H. giving me an early demo recording.
